Mr. Hart co-founded the company in 2010 and serves as Managing Director. He is responsible for strategic direction, venture partner identification and relations, site selection, product design, asset management, and dispositions.
Prior to forming Vedura, Mr. Hart served as Senior Managing Director of Trammell Crow Residential “TCR” in the Southwest Region, including Phoenix and Las Vegas, from 1998 through 2010. During his tenure with TCR, Mr. Hart oversaw the construction, development and management of 19 apartment and condominium communities in Phoenix and Las Vegas, approximately 5,100 units with a value of over $500 million. Prior to joining TCR, Mr.Hart was Senior Vice President at Bank One Arizona where he managed the real estate lending group for Phoenix and Las Vegas consisting of thirty people and a loan portfolio of approximately $1 billion. Mr. Hart received his undergraduate degree in Finance and his MBA from the University of Arizona. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Heritage Enterprises, Inc., a long-term health care provider located in Illinois. In addition, he is a member of The Thunderbirds, a civic and charitable organization that hosts the Waste Management Phoenix Open golf tournament, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Crisis Nursery.
