Mr. Hart served as Senior Managing Director of Trammell Crow Residential “TCR” from 1998 through 2010 during which he was responsible for all construction, development, finance and asset management in the Southwest Region which consisted of the metro Phoenix and Las Vegas multi-family housing markets. During his tenure with TCR, Mr. Hart oversaw the construction, development and management of 19 apartment and condominium communities in Phoenix and Las Vegas, approximately 5,100 units with a value of over $500 million. Prior to joining TCR, Mr.Hart was Senior Vice President at Bank One Arizona where he managed the real estate lending group for Phoenix and Las Vegas consisting of thirty people and a loan portfolio of approximately $1 billion. Mr. Hart received his undergraduate degree in Finance and his MBA from the University of Arizona. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Heritage Enterprises, Inc., a long-term health care provider located in Illinois. In addition, he is a member of The Thunderbirds, a civic and charitable organization that hosts the Waste Management Phoenix Open golf tournament, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Crisis Nursery.
Mr. Fannin served as Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer of Gray Development Group (GDG), one of the most active apartment development companies in Phoenix, from 2001 through 2009. During his tenure, GDG developed eighteen communities, a total of 5,800 units with a value of over $480 million and acquired 32 properties (8,700 units) in Phoenix and Southern California. Prior to joining GDG, Mr. Fannin was a senior executive at Evans Withycombe Residential (EWR), a NYSE publically traded apartment REIT, first as Vice President of Asset Management from 1987 through 1994 and then as Chief Financial Officer from 1994 through 1998. EWR merged with Equity Residential in 1998. Mr. Fannin received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona and his MBA from Arizona State University. He is a CPA. He is on the Board of Directors for the Salvation Army South Mountain campus; is an active member of the United Way Tocqueville Society; and is a former Board member of Homeward Bound.

Prior to joining Vedura Residential in April 2010, Mr. O’Clair was a partner with VIVO Development Partners from 2002 through 2010 during which he was responsible for the development, finance and management of the company’s multifamily division for Metro Phoenix. Prior to joining VIVO, Mr. O’Clair served as development manager for the Arizona/Nevada division of Legacy Partners Residential Inc., a leader in the development of luxury multi-family communities throughout the Western United States. While at Legacy, Mr. O’Clair managed the land acquisition and pre-development process from project feasibility through the entitlement and financing phases. In total, Mr. O’Clair has been involved in the development, construction and/or government approval of over 3,600 residential units in Arizona. Mr. O’Clair received his Bachelor of Arts from Northern Arizona University and his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University.
